Search Party Digital is an SEO consultancy with one goal and one goal only – to make life better. For you, for your customers, for us, for the world at large. We’re really passionate about finding a way to make life easier on a micro and macro level while putting our brains to good use, and it turns out SEO is a great way to do that. It’s effective. It’s strategic. It’s satisfying.

Great SEO shouldn’t be obvious. It should feel seamless. We will not jam your site with keywords and crank out fluff content to contribute to the digital compost heap. Feel like everything’s already been said in your niche? We’ll find a new/better way to say it. Feel like your competitors have a corner on the market? We’ll uncover keywords or selling points they’re missing. We’ll get in the heads of your customers and figure out they want, and we’ll make Google happy in the process.

About You

Perhaps you’ve tried your hand at in-house SEO before but it didn’t really work. You might have been tasking someone on your team whose responsibilities really were supposed to be other things with being your ‘marketing department’, and they have either since quit or they are stretched so thin they’re currently napping on their computer keyboard while you read this.

Perhaps you’ve hired a search marketing firm in the past and they didn’t do a very good job. Maybe their PowerPoints were really pretty, but their results didn’t match and you’ve been working up the courage after being burned to try and find people who will not be a repeat performance.

Perhaps you’re a marketing firm that would like to offer SEO to your own clients but don’t have the internal resources and are seeking a white labeling agreement.

Whatever category you fall under, there’s a good chance we will be a great fit if:

  • Your company is a small-to-midsize business or a friendly Fortune 500.
  • You’re honest, kind, and have a good sense of humor. Sounds a little like a dating profile but we actually will be in relationship with you if we collaborate, so our #1 above all else is working with warm and ethical people.
  • You have dedicated marketing budget to put toward SEO services and are prepared to engage for at least 3-6 months (SEO is not an overnight ‘quick fix’ and ideally it’s best to have a minimum of 3-6 months of effort to be able to start seeing what’s working best. On a case by case basis we will sometimes take on clients who would like a one-time SEO audit done or a content strategy that they will then implement on their own).
  • You have employees prepared to implement recommendations or will ask for our help if things get bottlenecked and we can extend our contracted services.
  • You are in a position to grow and know what you need to do but just don’t have the time to do it yourself, despite good intentions.
  • You’re in a position to grow and have no idea what you need to do and don’t want to have to think about it and want someone else to make it happen while you focus on the stuff you’re actually good at.
  • You like not having unnecessary meetings.

Here are a few more facts about us:

  • We have over a decade of experience in Internet marketing.
  • We have the ability to assist with setup and maintenance of supplemental PPC campaigns. If you strictly want PPC, we can refer you to an excellent company.
  • We know how to tinker in WordPress and install websites and themes, but we are not web designers (shout out to hand-coding Geocities sites back in the day!) and our time is best spent on SEO. We can refer you to a great designer/developer if you’re in need of a site redesign! But if you need a logo changed, fonts changed, content uploaded, a page layout changed, button added, etc. we are equipped to do basic things depending on the installed theme.
  • We also have experience with Squarespace and Shopify.
  • We are comfortable enough in HTML/CSS to get around for metadata, tracking code implementation, content updating, etc.
  • We can format images and some graphics for you in Photoshop – e.g. you may want to have featured images for your blog posts that follow a consistent design or need help assembling images for PPC campaign ads. We’ve got you covered.
  • We are big fans of “coulda been an email” and will not suck you into countless unnecessary meetings. We will also not be totally hands off! We’re quick with email and can also schedule meetings to go over reports or other updates and remind you that we’re real humans.
  • We value honesty, integrity, kindness, warmth, and humor in our approach to our work and each other. Meanness is not tolerated and we will (nervously and possibly while crying) fire you if you’re disrespectful even if you’re paying us big bucks. It’s not worth it. Be the change and all that.
